Born and raised in Allegany County, Julie McBee is proud to serve as a dedicated State Farm agent with deep roots in the community. A graduate of Fort Hill High School, Julie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish with a minor in French, graduating cum laude, as well as a Master of Arts in Teaching and a Master’s in Educational Leadership—all from Frostburg State University. She is also a proud member of the Delta Zeta sorority, where she developed early leadership skills serving as Sunshine Chair, Historian, and Treasurer during her undergraduate studies. Having called Cumberland, LaVale, and Frostburg home, Julie’s strong ties to these communities fuel her commitment to serving neighbors throughout Allegany and Mineral counties, as well as parts of Maryland, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.

Before stepping into the insurance industry, Julie spent seventeen fulfilling years in public education, serving as a classroom teacher, an assistant principal, and a principal across Allegany, Mineral, and Hampshire Counties. These roles provided her with invaluable experience and a deep understanding of the needs of families and communities. Julie is licensed in Maryland, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Virginia to assist with all insurance and financial service needs. She especially enjoys helping customers with retirement goals, guiding them to secure their financial future with confidence. It is a tremendous honor that, during her very first year as a State Farm agent, Julie ranked 35th out of 1,900 new agents, placing her proudly among the company’s top 50 new agents—a milestone that reflects her dedication and commitment to serving her customers.

A proud graduate of Allegany High School and a resident of Mineral County, WV, Chandra enjoys working with customers and is passionate about serving her local community. Garrett Beaulieu and Teddy Taylor are our full-time account representatives. They are here to find you the coverage that meets your needs! Garrett is from Garrett County and graduated from Northern High School, he attended Frostburg State University where he graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s in business administration with a finance concentration and earned a master’s in business administration with a data analytics concentration. Teddy is from Baltimore, but Allegany county has been his home for many years. He also attended Allegany College of MD and studied computer science. Teddy is very happy to be here to serve his community, and he takes pride in being a trusted account representative. Heather Ketterman is a valued member of our service team. She is committed to providing excellent service to our customers. Heather is a proud resident of Mineral County and graduate of Keyser High School.
