Hi! I'm Julie McBee, your friendly neighborhood State Farm agent! I'm proud to call Allegany County the place I was born and raised. I'm a graduate of Fort Hill High School and Frostburg State University. Cumberland, LaVale, and Frostburg are all places I have called home! With a deep connection to Allegany and Mineral counties, I am here to help my neighbors protect what matters most. Servicing Maryland, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania.

Before becoming your neighbor local agent, I gained invaluable experience working in public education for seventeen years in Allegany, Mineral and Hampshire Counties. All my prior experiences have equipped me with the knowledge needed to provide the right coverage for you and your family, when you need it most.

I'm happily married to my husband, Shawn, and we're the proud parents of Colby, Carson, and Aynsley. Our family is completed by our 3 dogs, and 2 cats, Bentley, Jasper, Maverick, Maze and Fluffy, who bring so much joy to our home.

I'm committed to being your go to resource for all your car insurance, home insurance, renter's insurance, life insurance, health insurance, business insurance and financial service needs! We provided life insurance to fit any budget! It is cheaper than you think!

I am fortunate to have a team that is committed to providing you with the most awesome products and services available. Together we are here to be your hero on your worst day! We have one full time account representative. Candace Robison is our full time account representative. Candace is a graduate of Mountain Ridge High School and the Allegany County Center for Career and Technical Education. Our account representatives strive to find you the products that match your needs.

In service we have Chandra Kifer. Chandra is a graduate of Allegany High School. She enjoys working with customers and is happy to be serving her local community. Last, we have Meghan Davis. Meghan is our office manager. She is a graduate of Frankfort High School and Allegany College of Maryland. Chandra and Meghan are both proud residents of Mineral County, WV!

Together our team brings together the diversity needed to provide excellent service to all of our customers from Maryland, West Virginia and Pennsylvania. If you are not our current customer, but you are not sure what your coverages are for or what coverages you have, give us a call. We would love to sit down and go over your policy with you. Providing you the understanding and making sure you are protected and no paying to be over insured is always our goal!

    • CRABS for a Change 2024. We will be attending and supporting this local fundraiser for the Senior Citizens in Allegany County. This year we are a TENT SPONSOR! We hope to see you there!

  • October Fest at Higson's Farm, October 6, 2024. We will be doing Pumpkins for a Quote again this year! More details to come!

  • We are sponsoring the Frankfort Falcon's Home Football Game on October 11, 2024! Come out and see us, we will have great items available! Quotes Quotes Quotes for the FALCONS! Sign up for a QUOTE during the game and Julie McBee State Farm will make a donation of $10/quote/person to the Frankfort football team, cheerleaders, or band- you choose!

  • Annual Small Business EXPO hosted by the Allegany County Chamber of Commerce will be held on October 16, 2024. We will be set up and excited to see everyone!

  • Annual Open House will be on October 17, 2024, from 2pm-6pm. More details to come!

  • 2024 Community Resource Day will be Friday, October 18, 2024, at Second Baptist Church 1 Grand Avenue, Cumberland, MD. This event will be held from 10:00am-2:00pm.

  • Trunk or Treat in Fort Ashby on Sunday, October 27, 2024.

  • 2024 Cumberland Halloween Parade on October 30, 2024.
